Your Newborn Gets the Best Start. Whatever That Takes.

Why Choose us?

Newborn Care Where Parents Belong at the Center, Not the Edges

Newborn Care Where Parents Belong at the Center, Not the Edges

Every baby deserves expert care from their very first breath. And every parent deserves to be fully present, fully informed, and fully involved in that care, not waiting outside a closed door hoping for updates.

Our Neonatology and Newborn Care program at The Women's Hospital is built around both of those beliefs. As a mother and child hospital with one of Delhi NCR's most advanced NICUs, we provide specialist intensive care for premature and sick newborns while maintaining a deeply human approach to delivering that care.

Our 14-bed NICU offers Level 1, 2, and 3 care with real-time GE satellite monitoring, making us one of the few hospitals with Level 3 NICU capability in Delhi NCR and one of the best neonatologist hospitals in the region. We also house Amaara, India's only not-for-profit human milk bank, where screened and pasteurized donor breast milk is available for every baby who needs it. And our advanced neonatal ventilation facility means that even the most vulnerable newborns receive the breathing support they need from doctors trained at some of the world's leading institutions.

What the best neonatologist near you can offer is not just clinical skill. It is the combination of that skill with the belief that parent involvement, kangaroo care, and family-centered practices are not extras. They are medicine.

Frequently Asked Questions

NICU levels describe the complexity of care a unit can provide. A Level 3 NICU, also called a Tertiary NICU, is equipped to care for the most premature and critically ill newborns, including those born as early as 23 to 24 weeks, those requiring mechanical ventilation, and those with complex surgical or neurological conditions. As one of the few hospitals with Level 3 NICU capability in Delhi NCR, The Women's Hospital can provide the full spectrum of neonatal intensive care without the need to transfer your baby to another facility.
